Senior Software Engineers are key contributors to the sustainable technical development of Jedox AI/ML services. They are proactive leaders in all technical aspects, from architecture to design to development, maintenance, integration, etc., of robust services for AI/ML. They are pivotal in efficiently transforming customer needs into high-quality AI services. They are fearless about KPI-driven improvements to our deliveries for our platform customers.
- Independently solve complex problems, manage workload, prioritize tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
- Design, build, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable AI services, participating in the full software lifecycle and ensuring compliance.
- Define and manage cost-effective LLM solutions, collaborating cross-teams on automation and observability.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet user needs, ensuring clear communication and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, stay current with AI/ML trends, and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
Your Profile
- You are an experienced Software Engineer (+8 years) with passion and a relevant background on AI/ML, LLMs, SLMs, etc.
- You excel at designing and implementing production-ready, robust, and observable AI and ML solutions and excel at integrating those into a product platform.
- You are a proficient Python Developer with extensive experience developing AI and ML solutions in e.g. the fields of time-series forecasting, NLP, regression, and classification.
- You have extensive experience in WSGI and ASGI Python frameworks, like e.g. Flask and FastAPI, in production environments.
- You have advanced proficiency in CI/CD and toolchains at use.
- You are proficient working in agile environments.
