Your Responsibilities

As the Field Marketing Manager France, you are responsible for driving regional growth across France and Romandy. You will play a strategic and hands-on role that blends campaign execution, regional strategy, sales alignment, partner activation and event management. Your work will directly impact the region's pipeline, revenue and brand visibility.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full regional field marketing strategy and execution. You will localise global initiatives, build region‑specific programmes, collaborate with sales and partners, run ABM and events, and continuously optimise performance with a data‑driven mindset.

  • Develop and execute a regional marketing plan: Generate new business and boost income in France and Romandy.
  • Localise global campaigns: Adapt content, messaging and delivery to meet regional needs.
  • Create region-specific initiatives: Create landing pages, local content, and social channels to meet pipeline goals.
  • Represent the region within global marketing: Provide insights and qualify local ideas for global activation.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team: Define the optimal marketing mix for the region.
  • Partner with sales and BDRs: Agree on goals, run integrated outbound and partner campaigns, and advise sales leadership.
  • Lead regional events: Plan and execute trade shows, partner events, roadshows and Jedox Elevate, including setting goals and budgets.
  • Run ABM programmes: Use tools such as 6Sense, Qualified and HubSpot to deliver personalised, account-specific campaigns.
  • Activate and enable partners: Run joint campaigns, generate partner-sourced pipelines and provide co-marketing support.
  • Measure and optimise performance: Track KPIs and ROI, improve nurturing processes and conduct monthly reviews of the top of the funnel.

Your Profile

  • Over 8 years' experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 4 years' experience in field marketing.
  • A degree in marketing, business, or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • Strong hands-on mentality with motivation, creativity, and energy for the exceeding of goals.
  • Skilled in project management skills across campaigns, events, and collaboration with different teams.
  • Proven track record of generating marketing-driven pipeline.
  • Experienced in managing budgets, KPIs and reporting to revenue leaders.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense and other martech tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently across all management levels and functions.
  • Adaptability to work together across different time zones.
