Your Responsibilities
- Drive intern AI adoption: Identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases across internal functions and teams. Focus on reducing manual work, accelerating access to internal knowledge, and improving quality and cycle times for internal stakeholders.
- Drive measurable business impact: Ensure that AI initiatives for internal users result in tangible outcomes, such as increased productivity, reduced costs, improved service quality and faster end-to-end processes.
- Establish internal AI platform: Develope a reusable, internally facing AI platform (e.g. agents, prompt libraries, knowledge structures, governance playbooks) to enable adoption across departments.
- Define governance & priorities: Lead the internal AI Governance Forum to prioritise use cases, allocate resources and ensure clear delivery processes within the organisation.
- Operationalize AI internally: Consolidate fragmented internal AI initiatives into a consistent operating model with clear standards for management, deployment, and continuous improvement.t.
- Transform internal workflows: Re-evaluate internal workflows in collaboration with process owners and business leaders, ensuring artificial intelligence (AI) is integrated into core processes
- Enable adoption: Work with HR and leadership to promote AI literacy and enablement throughout the organisation, encouraging behavioural change and fostering a sustainable 'AI-first' mindset among employees.
- Measure impact: Track and define success metrics, including internal adoption rates, productivity uplift, cycle time reduction, quality improvements and overall business impact.
- Maintain AI responsibility: Work with legal, security and data protection teams to ensure secure and compliant internal AI usage, mitigating risks such as data leakage, hallucinations, model misuse and prompt injection.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Act as a strategic sparring partner for senior internal stakeholders, working closely alongside the engineering teams responsible for developing and maintaining internal software and AI capabilities.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in AI, digital or productivity transformation with leadership exposure
- Proven track record of scaling AI or automation initiatives from concept to adoption
- Strong ability to drive measurable business impact (productivity, efficiency, growth)
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across business, tech, and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of enterprise AI (e.g. LLMs, agents, automation) with a pragmatic mindset
- Strong focus on execution, adoption, and change management
- Excellent communication skills and fluent professional English
